Once I learned how to clear generational baggage that was showing up as my own *with* my ancestors, I stepped into a level of self-acceptance, self-empowerment, self-knowing I never had before, AND THAT has allowed me to have the capacity to ride the waves life brings me with far more confidence, ease, and joy...no matter what.
