Objective:
Begin identifying the mother/father/cultural wounds and inherited beliefs that once kept you safe but are now holding you back from creating the life, love, and success you truly (and may secretly) desire. This exercise will help you recognize how these unconscious patterns keep you in protection mode—especially as a high-achieving woman who’s learned to rely on independence, overworking, and proving your worth.
